Cancellation Policy:

  • Once you have submitted the required details for profile creation on yourbio.in, cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of submission.
  • To cancel your profile creation request, contact us at [email protected] or call +91- 9453993578 within the 24-hour period.
  • After 24 hours or once the profile creation process has begun, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
  1. Incomplete Information:
  • If the profile creation cannot proceed due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer, you will be notified, and the profile creation process will be paused.
  • You must provide the required information within 7 days of notification, failing which the order will be automatically canceled without a refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
  • Refunds will be considered only if we are unable to complete the profile creation as per the service agreement or if the service provided does not meet the agreed standards.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final profile.
  1. Non-Refundable Services:
  • If the profile creation has been successfully completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.
  • Partial refunds may be offered only in exceptional cases where the service significantly deviated from what was promised.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Revision Policy:
